Calderdale Forward Board

The Board:

• acts as the policy development body of the Local Strategic Partnership (LSP)
• agrees and steers the Sustainable Community Strategy and monitors progress against outcomes
• endorses the Local Area Agreement (LAA) and annual refresh

• holds the Delivery Group to account.

Calderdale Forward Delivery Group

The Delivery Group:

• develops proposals for Board implementation, and implements policies agreed by the Board
• co-ordinates delivery and has overall performance management of the Sustainable Community Strategy through the LAA

• holds the Theme Delivery Partnerships to account.

Theme Delivery Partnerships

The Theme Delivery Partnerships:

• identify areas for development in the Strategic Community Strategy, and identify issues for future consideration
• monitor progress against the LAA outcomes to be achieved for their theme, the contribution of individual organisations, and partnership performance.
