Agreement > Performance Management
We recognise that agreeing what we
want to achieve through the
Local
Area Agreement 2 Refresh (LAA 2 Refresh) is only the first step towards
delivering improved outcomes for the people of Calderdale and
particularly those in disadvantaged communities. Performance
management arrangements are key to ensuring that we measure
progress against targets and identify where intervention is
required to address areas of concern.
In order to guarantee delivery of the LAA 2 we have
established robust and consistent performance arrangements
across the structure of the Local
Strategic Partnership. Theme
Delivery Partnerships focus on delivery of their outcomes in the
Local
Area Agreement 2 Refresh. The Calderdale Forward Delivery Group
co-ordinates and performance manages the delivery of the LAA 2 and
holds the Theme Delivery Partnerships to account. The Board is
responsible for endorsing the LAA 2 and annual refresh, monitoring
progress against the LAA 2 and holding
the Delivery Group to account.
Progress against LAA 1 outcomes was monitored on a quarterly
basis. Theme Leads’ Progress Reports were collated into a
single Quarterly
Progress Report and presented to the
Council’s Scrutiny
Panels and the
Calderdale Forward Board.All LAA
