Progress against Local
Area Agreement Outcomes is monitored on a quarterly basis. Data
is uploaded to a software system, which generates
Theme Performance
Reports for each of the six LAA Themes. Shortly
afterwards, Theme Delivery Partnerships meet to discuss the
reports, focusing on areas where performance is lower than
expected or there are concerns that targets may not be achieved.
These discussions form the basis of
brief Progress Reports written by Theme Leads, which present an
overview of performance for each theme of the LAA. Theme Leads’
Progress Reports are then collated into a single Quarterly
Progress Report that is presented to the
Council’s Scrutiny
Panels and the Calderdale Forward Board.
